Description
The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. for the Sarasota High School - Career & Technical Renovation project be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/17/2007.
